I visited this dealer today and I noticed the friendliness and warmth of the people. Everybody just greets with a smile... and most with eye contact. As i roames around looking at the photos in the wall, a few even stopped to check if someone had approached and attended to me. Wow! Great service. In the lobby, as I observed the service information table, a lady asked if I wanted coffee. I saw she had a push cart with coffee and empanada. Nice! Congrats Toyota!read more
